This 2400 sq', 4 bedroom, 3 bath well maintained cottage has 140' of PRIVATE frontage on Crystal Lake.  Why be cramped on your vacation when you don’t have to.  The cottage has been renovated over the past five years and is clean and spacious, sleeps 10 people and has plenty of parking and room to spread out and enjoy your vacation.

 - 4 bedrooms (3 on upper level, 1 on lower level)
 - 3 full baths
 - Queen bed in each of the 11'x15' and 14'x14' bedrooms
 - A double bed in the 9'x15' third upper level bedroom
 - 2 double beds in the 15'x15' fourth lower level bedroom
 - There is one porta-crib available as needed
 - Ceiling fans in each bedroom and dining room and
 - Portable fans in nearly every room
 
Spacious living areas on the upper level with: 

 - Fully equipped kitchen
 - Dining and living rooms with oak floors, fireplace, TV/VCR/DVD
 - Excellent views of the lake from nearly every room
 - Slider with 4’x25’ balcony
 
Recently updated lower level with: 

 - Lower level family room with Cable TV
 - Pullout couch (queen sleeper sofa) & loveseat
 - Sunroom w/ pool table & additional fridge
 - 15’x25’ deck outside of sunroom w/patio furniture and charcoal and gas grills
 
The beach has: 

 - 30’x50’ sandy beach area and stairs to the water
 - Boat lift is available (3500lb max capacity)
 - Firewood is also provided for firepit at no cost
 
The cottage is located on the north/northwest side of Crystal Lake and faces almost due south, therefore, when it is hot out, the prevailing winds are generally present to help keep you cool.  Also because of this location, we have never had issues with mosquitoes. There are no steps to the beach, yet, the cottage is across the road from the lake.  We actually have come to prefer this, as there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy the beach, firepit and play games.
